Draft Community Review Proposals - Mold Town Counc

Flintshire County Council has published its Draft Proposals for the Review of Communities, carried out under the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013.

The draft proposals confirm that no changes are proposed to Mold Town Council. This includes:

• No changes to town ward boundaries

• No changes to the number of Town Councillors

• No changes to existing electoral arrangements

Mold will continue to be represented by 16 Town Councillors across four wards: Broncoed, East, South and West.

The draft proposals are open for public comment. The deadline for submitting representations to Flintshire County Council is 27 March 2026.
