Remembrance Sunday Service Mold
Sunday 10th November 2024
Mold’s Remembrance Sunday Service will take place outside the War Memorial at the Bailey Hill on Remembrance Sunday and representatives from Armed and Uniformed organisations, members of Mold Town Council and the public are invited to attend to pay their respects. The service will commence at 10.50am.
In addition, a Remembrance Service will take place at St Mary’s Church at 10am and Reverend Canon Martin Batchelor would be delighted to welcome anyone who wishes to attend the Church service, prior to congregating at the Bailey Hill.
Please note, roads from St Mary’s Church and around the front of the Bailey Hill will be closed from 10.00am for the duration of the service. Closures will be in place on the B5444 from Junction of Shire View, Milford Street - High Street junction, Clayton Road – High Street junction. Road closures will be manned and access will provided to emergency vehicles only.
 

11th November at 11am – Mold Town Council will hold a 2 minute silence on Daniel Owen Square on  11th November, all members of the public are welcome to attend.

Poppies, pins and crosses are available at the Town Hall office (upstairs at the Town Hall), all donations received will go to the British Legion.
