2. Update on HLF1 progress since last meeting on 17 August 2016

appointment of Harrison Design and Development for HLF1 delivery of:

· Lot 1 Development of an alternative delivery model (governance structure for the site)

· Lot 2 Project manager

· Lot 3 Development of an interpretation and design plan

· Lot 4 Development of an activity plan

· Lot 5 Design and specifications for buildings and landscape improvements plus the updating of the conservation management plan

2. Emerging issues

· Discussions with FCC about governance structure for the longer term

· Ensuring the overall quality of the project

· The need to involve more FoBH as volunteers

3. Guidance from Cadw – who look after Scheduled Ancient Monuments

4. Progress on the Leader funded feasibility study for new walkway

5. Bailey Hill Festival Sunday 11 June, 1pm to 6pm
